NTEX is proud to unveil our new washing and workshop facility in Arendal, Gothenburg, dedicated to our fleet of trailers. Going beyond conventional practices, the facility collects rainwater for purification and recycling, employing a washing system that utilizes 50% less water, electricity, and chemicals compared to our competitors.

In the dynamic landscape of transportation and logistics, NTEX is propelling the care and maintenance of its trailers into a sustainable future. The water recycling system at the new washing and workshop facility in Gothenburg gathers rainwater from the roof, recycling up to 85% of the washing water. It also operates with 50% less water, electricity, and chemicals compared to other systems in the market.

“Rest assured that with every wash, NTEX is not just demonstrating environmental responsibility; we are also ensuring the safety and quality of our equipment. Our trailers traverse both sea and land, facing the challenges of dirt and saltwater that can impact the equipment,” says Jonas Carlsson, General Equipment Manager at NTEX.

He adds, “In addition to safeguarding the longevity of our trailers, we conduct a maintenance and safety check every time they pass through the washing and vehicle workshop. We take pride in the fact that our washing facility stands as one of the most sustainable in Europe”.
